Processing Your Order

Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry ASAP! All orders are generally processed within 3 BUSINESS DAYS and then shipped to you immediately, delivery time is about 7-15 business days via EMS. 


You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.


WHY CAN I NOT SELECT FREE SHIPPING FOR MY COUNTRY?

A: We do not offer free shipping to some countries where we cannot guarantee a cheap or reliable delivery service. The flat shipping fee is $5.00. We strive for increasing the number of countries eligible for our free shipping service, and you may discover that this option is available for your country in the near future.


Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? WHY DOES MY TRACKING SHOW "Not Found"?

A: After your order shipped, we will update the order status via Email, and send you system notification with shipping details.


How Do I Cancel or Change My Order?

A: Once an order is placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. Orders are often packed outside of customer service hours, such as overnight or on weekends. If you wish to modify or cancel an order during our normal hours, please contact us by Email. If your order has already been packed before we learn of your request, our normal return policy will apply.

Of course, you'll want to know when your jewelry is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan your weekend outfit accordingly. That's why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number later. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically.
